1. Service Scope & Availability
PhysioFit Home Care provides scheduled, non-emergency home visit physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and tele-rehabilitation services across designated sectors in Maharashtra. All physical home visits are strictly subject to therapist availability and preliminary clinical triage.
2. Initial Assessment Requirement
All multi-session packages or ongoing treatment plans require an initial comprehensive physical evaluation to establish suitability and patient tolerance. Treatment plans may be adjusted or discontinued if a patient develops acute contraindications requiring medical or hospital intervention.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To maintain our therapists' daily route schedules, we request at least 4 to 6 hours notice for rescheduling home visits. Rescheduled sessions are accommodated based on the next available open slot in your geographic sector.
4. Professional Relationship
Our visiting therapists and nurses are licensed, independent healthcare practitioners adhering to state and national physiotherapy council standards of professional ethics.
